½ t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
½ t white pepper
¼ t ground allspice
½ t dried thyme
½ t ground brown mustard seeds
1 T dried tarragon
½ t dried dill weed
½ t Hungarian paprika
1 t lemon crystals
2 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In medium jar, combine, cover and shake well. Rub mixture on fish fillets. Place fish in resealable plastic bag with vegetable oil at least 2 hours before grilling or sautéing. Make 1/3 cups. No salt because salt dries out fish. Add salt only after cooking.
