310ml (1 1/4 cup) water
60ml (1/4 cup) molasses
10ml (2 tsp) oil
60ml (1/4 cup) brown sugar
5ml (1 tsp) salt
425ml (1 3/4 cup) white flour
250ml (1 cup) whole wheat flour
125ml (1/2 cup) rye flour
15ml (1Tbsp) bread-machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to bread machine in order outlined above.
set bread machine for dough cycle. Leave the dough in the machine for 1 hour longer to allow to rise.
Shape the loaves but try not to add too much flour.
Form one large or two small loaves and place on a baking sheet. Let the loaf or loaves rise in a warm oven until doubled in size.
Bake in 400º oven for 20 minutes.
