1 tbs finely chopped mint
Salt -Pepper- ground Cumin to taste
1 cup thick greek style yoghurt
Chives on top look good

Combine one finely chopped seeded cucumber
(drain in a colander if necessary)
add fresh mint and salt-pepper-cumin.
There is no garlic in it because the Meat Curries
Lamb an Beef have garlic in it.
Raita introduces different flavors to a meal but also
tempers the spiciness of the dish.
