1 lb. ground meat
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 cup rice(uncle ben's converted)
1 egg
salt& pepper to taste
tomato soup

Directions:

Mix ingredients and roll out meatballs. Place them in a baking dish, in a preheated oven at 350f for 1 hour.
