3/4 lb. Saltines
2 medium onions
4 stalks celery
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 sticks margarin
4 or 5 slices of bread
3 cups milk
salt & pepper to taste
5 or 6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions, celery, pork, & margarine until soft, set aside. Break crackers & set aside. Put bread in collander & scald with hot water, let drip. Put hot milk (not boiled) over crackers (should get like mashed potatoes), add water if not soft enough. Add bread & mix together, then add onion, celery, & ground pork mixture. Mix well & add 5 or 6 well beaten eggs & mix well again. Put in greased pan & bake uncovered at 325º for 1.5 hours.
