3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
½ stick butter or margarine
Cinnomon, a dash of Cloves (to your taste
Mix all ingredients together well and spread into a greased baking dish.

TOPPING

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped nuts
½ cup flour
½ stick melted butter

Mix all sweet potato ingredients together well and spread into a greased baking dish.

FOR TOPPING:
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of sweet potatoes
Bake 350 for 1 hour

I like to double topping recipe
Also, occasionally I like to add a few min marshmallows to sweet potato mixture
