6 Yellow Squash
2 Zucchini Squash
1 Medium Onion - choppped
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
35-40 Saltine Crackers
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in slices and boil until soft.
Drain well and transfer to 6 inch casserole dish.
Top with cheese and 1/2 stick of butter. Add onion and 2 beaten eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Crumble Saltines and add on top. Add milk.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 325 for approx 1 hour.
