Two scoops Lemon Sorbet in the Martina glass

a tablespoon of Lemoncello on top
a few strands of lemon zest on top

finally float with champagne
serve with a tea spoon

Lemoncello was introduced to us by Margret, when she came to victoria after a stop in Toronto. We love it so much we try and use it where we can. Still remember having it as a desert on my first cruise in the mediterrean.
