3 cups of water and 2 cups of vegetable or chicken
stock
2 cups of Polenta
1 cup of Milk
1/4 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
*Bring water and stock to a boil
gradually add 2 cups of polenta and stir- reduce
heat and keep stirring for about 10 min. or until
the polenta thickens.
*Add one cup of milk and the grated Parmesan.
stir until cheese melts.

after cooling completely the polenta can be cut
and fried in a pan as a snack.
makes a nice side dish to steamed veggies wth
