Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 yam
1/4 bundle of fresh kale
2 avocados
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sweet potato and yam into round slices, about half a cenitmeter to a centimeter thick. Throw into a steamer with boiling water.

After a few minutes, poke the veggies. Once they are soft enough to get your fork through with pressure (not so they're mushy), add the washed kale, which should be shredded into bite-sized pieces.

Turn the element off, or turn to low simmer if the yams/sweet potatoes are still a bit hard.

In a bowl, mush the avocado with the juice of half a lemon -- or more, depending on the texture you want. Add salt and pepper, and if you can handle it, a tbsp or 2 of apple cider vinegar.

Put the veggies in a bowl, blob the guacamole on top, and serve.
