1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch 3 cups of orange juice
3 eggs (seoarated)
2 T butter
1 package of knox unflavored jello
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, gelatin and orange zest in a sauce pan. Beat egg yolks with orange juice, add sugar mixture, Stir on high heat constantly-untill thick. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust , add meringue and brown in the oven.
