250 g Zuccini
1 Onion
2 Eggs or 1 Egg and 1 egg white
1/2 cup of Flour
1 cup chopped Dill
chives or spring onion for decorating
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
*Grate zuccini into colander an catch the juices.
press the juices out, the can be added back later.
*Beat the eggs lightly and mix with the flour
to make a smooth batter. Adjust with flour if too
thin.Depends on the size of the eggs. If too thick
add some zuccini water.
*Mix zuccini, onion, salt,pepper & dill into the batter.
*Heat a tbs. oil in a frying pan ad bake for about
2 to 3 min on each site.
*Serve with sour cream, mascarpone cream or vanilla yoghurt and decorate with chives

*draining the liquid from the grated zuccini is important, because the batter can be to thin.
Keep it in a bowl and it can be added back into
