1 Cup chopped zucchini;
1/2 Cup Black Beans;
1/2 Cup corn;
2 Teaspoons olive oil;
1 Teaspoons Cumin;
1 Whole wheat tortilla;
1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese;
2 Tablespoons salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Saute zucchini, beans, corn, oil, and cumin for 5 minutes. Place mixture on tortilla and sprinkle cheese on it. Cook until cheese melts and tortilla is toasty. Top with salsa.
