1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Coat fillets with Bisquick and set aside while making batter.
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Dip fish (that has been coated with Bisquick) in the batter. Let drip back into the bowl.
Fry about 2 minutes on each side.
