In a bowl, mix;

1/2 Cup butter
3/4 Cup sugar
1 egg yolk (no white)
1 2/3 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar; add egg yolks; flour, etc. Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges are brown.

Sprinkle immediately with a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
