In a bowl, mix;

1/2 Cup of oil
1 Cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 Cup canned pumpkin
2 Cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Cup raisins or chocolate chips

Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until done.
