1lb. ground beef
1 sm. head of cabbage
2 c. chopped celery
46 oz of tomato or vegetable juice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbs. sugar

Directions:
Brown the meat and drain. Chop the cabbage coarsley. Microwave the cabbage and celery in water on high for 10 mins. Mix the meat,cabbage and celery in water with all remaining ingredients in a large pot with a lid.Simmer at least 2 hours. If soup is too thick add more water.
