1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
Few grains of salt
1/3 cup Carnation milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup

Directions:

Mix ingredients; bring slowly to boiling point, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Cool until lukewarm. Beat until thick enough to spread. (Double the recipe for a three layer cake.)
