3 C chopped Cooked Chicken
2 C (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1 Can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies, drained'
8 (8 inch) Tortillas
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 8 oz bottle taco sauce
Toppings; diced tomato, chopped avocado, chopped green onions, sliced ripe olives.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Then spoon the mixture evenly over each tortilla, and roll up . Arrange in a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Then stir together sour cream & taco sauce & spoon over hot enchiladas & sprinkle with toppings.
