3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 C milk
1 C Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter; add milk. Sift dry ingredients together; add to mixture. Beat well. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Then mix 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 c brown sugar ,1/4 c cocoa, 1/2 c nuts (if desired0 & 1 1/2 C boiling water in a pan & pour over batter. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
