1/2 lb butter
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs beaten well
1 lb ricotta cheese
4 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash salt
1 tablespoon wesson oil
1 tablespoon milk
1tablespoon vanilla
10x sugar
Directions:
Directions:
bake 350° 10-15 minutes

cream butter, sugar together add vanilla.
add eggs and ricotta cheese. Mix well. add flour, baking soda and salt.

Icing
cream together:
1 tablespoon wesson oil and milk add vanilla and enough 10x sugar until mixture is stiff.
