1/2 CUP WATER
1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
START WITH ONE CUP FLOUR
BEEF OR CHICKEN BROTH
ONION
CELERY
CARROTS
SALT
PEPPER
POTATOES

YOU CAN USE CHICKEN OR BEEF BROTH. ADD CHICKEN MEAT OR BEEF CUBES, CHUCK ROAST AND COOK WITH ONION, CELERY, CARROT AND POTATOES. ADD AS MANY VEGETABLES AS YOU LIKE. MOM MOM NEVER MEASURED. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT. WHILE VEGETABLES ARE GETTING SOFT MAKE DOUGH.

POT PIE DOUGH

BEAT 2 EGGS WITH ONE TABLESPOON OIL. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER ADD 1 TEASPOON SALT AND 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER. START WITH A CUP OF FLOUR AND MIX ADDING MORE FLOUR UNTIL DOUGH IS NOT STICKY
ROLL OUT DOUGH ON FLOURED SURFACE WITH ROLLING PIN. WITH KNIFE CUT DOUGH IN VERTICLE STRIPS THEN CUT DOUGH HORIZONTALLY UNTIL YOU HAVE SQUARES APPROXIMATELY 2-3 INCHES IN DIAMETER OR LARGER HOWEVER YOU LIKE. DROP DOUGH SQUARES IN BOILING WATER UNTIL DOUGH FLOATS TO TOP.
