1 CUP WALNUTS
1/2 TSP CLOVES
1 CUP APPLESAUCE
1 CUP RAISINS
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP BAKING SODA

BAKE AT 350° 10 MINUTES

CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR. ADD EGG AND APPLESAUCE. MIX IN DRY INGREDIENTS, RAISINS AND WALNUTS. DROP BY TEASPOONFULS ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET
