2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
4-6 slices of day old bread
Cinnamon
Bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 slightly beaten eggs, milk and salt. Dip bread into milk-egg mixture (enough for 4-6 slices of bread). Fry in small amount of hot grease, turning so both sides get browned. Sprinkle cinnamon on both sides while cooking. Serve with syrup.
