Ingredients:  
• 1 pkg. Stove top Stuffing
• 3 Cups cooked cubed chicken or turkey
• ½ cup margarine
• ½ cup flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• Dash pepper
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 4 slightly beaten eggs
• 1 recipe sauce (see below)

Prepare stuffing according to directions for dry stuffing. Spread in a 9x13 pan; top with a layer of chicken. In a large saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add cool broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into eggs. Return to hot mixture; pour over chicken. Bake at 325’ for 40-45 minutes or until done. Let stand 5 minutes to set. Cut in squares and serve with pimento sauce.

Pimento Mushroom Sauce:
Mix together:
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 cup sour cream
• ¼ cup chopped pimento
Hear and stir until hot.
