3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (about 23 crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until Stiff.
Gradually add sugar and baking powder. Fold in remaining, (vanilla, pecans & cracker crumbs). Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
