2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 tsp soda
2 eggs
20 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 cup chopped walnuts (save some for frosting
FROSTING
5 oz. cream cheese softened
1 stick butter
2 cup powered sugar
Dash of salt and vanilla

Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and stir well. Add next 4 ingredients, mix well and pour into 9 x 13 pan
Bake 350º for 30-45 min (depending on altitude)
Cool
Mix up frosting, add to cake and sprinkle with nuts

Original recipe calls for 30-35 min but at 7000' I bake for 45 minutes.
