1 ½ lb pork sausage
2 c mushrooms, sliced
12 eggs
½ t salt
¾ lb shredded cheddar
½ t pepper
½ large onion chopped
½ pt whole cream
¾ c green pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and drain well. Grease 9x13 pan. Break eggs into pan and poke the yolks. Top eggs with all sausage and ½ cheese, all onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with cream and add rest of cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for one hour.
