3 c sliced fresh mushrooms
˝ c half & half cream
3 c chopped zucchini
12 eggs
2 c cubed fully cooked ham
4 c cubed day old bread
1 ˝ c chopped onions
3 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 ˝ c chopped green peppers
1 t salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
˝ t pepper
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
**In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms, zucchini, ham, onions, green peppers and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender. Drain and pat dry; set aside.
**In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in eggs. Stir in the bread, cheese, salt, pepper, and vegetable mixture.
**Pour into two greased 11x7 in baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand for minute before serving.
