6 eggs
2 c flour
2 c milk
1 t salt
6 T butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 deep 7 oz pottery custard cups. Set on jelly roll pan. In large bowl, beat 3 eggs until frothy, beat in milk and butter. At low speed beat flour and salt into egg mixture. Pour about 3/4 cup of batter into each cup. Bake 1 hour, make slit in each to let out steam. Bake 10 minutes more. Immediately, remove from cups and serve with honey butter.
