2 ½ lb ground ham
1 T horseradish
¾ lb grated cheddar
2 T prepared mustard
1 qt medium white sauce
1-8oz pkg medium noodles

White Sauce:
4 T butter
½ pepper
4 T flour
4 cups milk
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crush noodles and mix all the ingredients. Cover with a little more cheese. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. Let stand about 15 min before serving with mushrooms sauce. Melt butter; blend in flour stir until smooth. Stir in milk bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Stir constantly and add salt and pepper. Mix with noodle ham mixture.
