2 c diced cooked chicken
½ t poultry seasoning
6 T butter
8 oz linguine
4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c milk
2 T minced onion
2 T flour
2 T chopped pimento
2 T dry wine
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour cook for 1 minute gradually stir in milk, cook and stir till thickened. Add pimento, wine, salt, and seasoning and stir. Add chicken stir and heat through. Serve over cooked linguine.
