1 (16-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese,shredded
1 (16-ounce) block extra-sharp white Cheddar
cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 (7-ounce) jar pimientos, drained
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. In a large bowl, combine cheeses, mayonnaise, pimientos, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat at low speed with a mixer until desired consistency is reached. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to a week.
