1 lb. ground beef
½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup Milk
1 Egg
¼ tsp. Fennel Seed
½ tsp. Dried Basil
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 Minced Onion
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 tsp. Olive Oil

Top with brown sugar and ketchup mixture
Bake for 1 hour @ 350

Brown Sugar Topping: Equal parts of ketchup and brown sugar stirred together and slathered on top of meatloaf.
