Chocolate Cookie Crust~
1 2/3 C. chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 C. sugar
3 T. butter, softened

Peanut Butter Filling~
2/3 C. Peanut Butter
2/3 C. corn syrup
1/3 C. brown sugar
2 T Flour
1/4 t. salt
3 eggs
------------------------------
Chocolate Topping~
2 T butter
2 T. corn syrup
1/2 C. semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
------------------------------
Opt. Garnish~
whipped cream
2 regular sized peanut butter cups, cut in quarters

CRUST---
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool.
FILLING--
Combine all filling ingredients except eggs. Stir until smooth. Add eggs one at a time until completely combined. Pour into crust. Place pie plate on cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
TOPPING---
In small sauce pan over low heat, melt butter with corn syrup. Stir in chips until melted. Spread topping evenly over top of pie. Once completely cool, decorate with optional garnish.
GARNISH---Pipe whipped cream around top of pie next to crust. Evenly space peanut butter cup quarters.
