3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved--6 pieces
6 thin slices ham
6 thin slices mozzarella or Swiss cheese
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Pound chicken pieces into thin cutlets. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each cutlet. Roll the cutlet into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Mix the crumbs and seasonings together; melt the margarine and dip the chicken rolls into the butter and then into the crumb mixture. Place chicken in a buttered 9x13-in. baking dish and cover with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night or several hours. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
