Nonstick vegetable spray
6 T. (3/4) stick butter
1 oz. bittersweet (not un-sweetened) or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or use chocolate chips)
30 chocolate wafers like chocolate grahams,
or you can use chocolate teddy grahams
or oreo cookies without the filling.

Spray 9-inch diameter glass pie dish with nonstick spray. Stir butter and chocolate in heavy small saucepan over low heat until melted. Finely grind cookies (or wafers) in food processor (or put in a zip-lok bag, release air and roll with a rolling pin until small crumbles.)
Add chocolate mixture to cookie crumbles and mix until crumbs are moistened. Press crumb mixture into prepared pie dish. Freeze until fim, about 30 minutes.
