Desired amount of Back Ribs, Side Ribs or Pork Chops

Sauce Ingredients:
(covers meat for about 6 -8 people)
1 c. ketchup
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 - 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper (chopped onion may also be added)

Directions:

Cut ribs into individual pieces and place them (or chops) in open pan in hot oven to brown. Drain off grease. Mix all the sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over the meat using enough to cover. Bake covered about an hour or longer at 350º F. Turn during baking.
