4 medium potatoes (cut in wedges)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
other spices, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cold water to cover. Let stand 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 425º. Spray a non-stick baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray; Drain potatoes. Spread on paper towel, press and dry potatoes. Place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with oil and spices - salt & pepper. Toss gently. Place in a single layer on prepared sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Turn potatoes over until golden, about 10 more minutes. Serve immediately with ketchup.
