1 oz. ham
1 oz. turkey
1 oz. Swiss cheese
Rye bread
equal amounts of mayonnaise & mustard mixed together
Directions:
Directions:
Place meat and cheese on Rye bread with mustard sauce on it, then dip in egg mixture (equal amount of beaten egg and water mixed together). Cook in frying pan (small amount of margarine) until golden.
