Pancake:
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter

Filling:
1/4 c. butter
1/4c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
j1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 apples, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Pancake: Beat together, eggs, milk, flour and salt. Melt butter in a 10 in. pie pan. Turn batter into pan and place in 450 º oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 350º for 10 minutes. Top with filling.

Filling: Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in apples and simmer 8 to 10 mins. or until apples are tender.
