2 c. Finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. White sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted


1 8 oz. Pkg cream cheese
1 Container cool whip
1 c. White Sugar

2 Small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. Mike (can do 1/2 canned milk, and 1/2 water)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers, white sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9" x 13" pan, and bake for 7 minutes at 375º. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, 1 c. cool whip, and 1 c. sugar. Pour onto cooked crust.

Mix pudding and milk. Spread over mixture. Top with cool whip and refrigerate.
