2 pounds ground chuck
1 (1-ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14-ounce) can reduced-sodium beef broth gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into 6 patties.

2.In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat. in batches if necessary. for 6 minutes per side or until browned. Remove patties from skillet, and keep warm. Drain skillet, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Add onion and garlic to skillet: cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes or until onions are very tender.

3. In a small bowl,combine broth and gravy mix, whisking until smooth. Add broth mixture and patties to onion mixture in skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat:reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until gravy is thick and patties are cooked through.
