1 - 22 oz. can Pumpkin
19 oz. or 1 1/2 12 oz.cans evaporated milk
1 C. sugar
3/4 C. Bisquick baking mix
3 T. butter (melted)
3 t. vanilla extract
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2tsp. allspice

3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease a 9" pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender (except topping items), and blend on medium speed about 2 minutes, until mixture is smooth. Pour into deep dish pie plate.

Bake in pre-heated oven 50-60 minutes; until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

NOTE: (This recipe makes its own crust.)

This amount has been increased from original recipe taken from the Betty Crocker web site. It will possibly make one large pie or 2 small ones.

Also a possible topping to try would be to mix 1/4 C. packed brown sugar, 1/4 C. quick cooking oats and 1 T. margarine, softened. Cut ingredients together with a pastry blender and Sprinkle over top of pie before baking.
