1 c. Crisco oil;
1 c. white sugar;
1 c. light brown sugar;
1 t. vanilla;
2 eggs;
1 3/4 c. plain flour;
1 t. salt;
1 t. baking soda;
1 3/4 c. quick Quaker Oats;
1 c. wheat germ (plain);
1 small can flaked coconut;
1 c. chopped pecans;
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels;

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Crisco and sugars, then add vanilla and beaten eggs. Sift together flour, soda and salt, add to mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Mix and drop on greased cookie sheet. 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
