3/4 cup of warm water (105 º-110º)
2 1/4 cups of flour
2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp salt
1/2 tsp of yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For a little more flavor
2 Tsp Oregano
36 slices of pepperoni
7.25 ounces of pizza cheese
You're favorite pizza sauce.

In a measuring cup add the hot water,salt and sugar stir until dissolved, Then put into large mixing bowl and add the yeast wait 5 minutes until it proofs. Then add the oil and garlic powder, oregano.mix for about a minute then stir in the flour about one cup a time, then for a total of 7 minutes mix the dough.
then place in a bowl and cover for 1-2 hours. Weigh or divide into 2 separate dough balls (freeze one or make two pizza's). Then shape into 12-14 inch pizza pan.( use a roller on the counter if need to).
add sauce and mixed Monterrey and sharp cheddar cheese and you're favorite toppings. Put in oven 450º and cook for 10-12 minutes it is done when cheese is melted well.

Dough rises best at a room temperature of 75º-85º if your area is not that hot put in oven and only turn on oven light during rising time, May decrease length of rising time.
