1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
2 lemon rinds
1/4 c. juice
1 egg yolk
1 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour in pan. Add juice, lemon rind and egg. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter and stir in. Frost cake with 7 minute frosting using lemon instead of water.
