3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Cut-in shortening with pastry blender or fork until the mixture is course crumble. In a separate bowl whisk liquid ingredients together. Mix together well. Handle the dough as little as possible. Roll out. Makes 2 pie crusts.
