Salad:
red leaf lettuce
parsley
oranges or grapefruit
1 red onion, cut in rings
toasted slivered almonds
Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
3 to 4 tbsp. orange or grapefruit juice
paprika-2 shakes

Directions:
Directions:
Salad:
Tear lettuce, put in salad bowl, add red onion, parsley to taste, and sprinkle divined oranges or grapefruit into salad; can used canned but fresh is best.
Dressing:
Mix ingredients together. Add dressing to salad just before serving. Top with toasted almonds.
