1 15 oz. can red beans
1 15 oz. can black beans
1 15 oz. can corn (I always use Green Giant)
1 small jar salsa
Cilantro, chopped, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Open and drain and rinse cans of beans and corn. Lightly nix together, pour salsa over the top and mix in the cilantro. The longer this has to chill in the fridge the more the flavors blend together.

We like this just as a side dish for Mexican meals or serve with tortilla chips.
